Springboro — Like all high school seniors, Allie Lunt is no doubt saddened at missing friends and special moments while school is closed during the pandemic.
But Allie isn’t wasting time stewing. She’s spending it sewing.
Allie has spent more than 20 hours already sewing together medical masks for local doctors and nurses working directly with patients possibly infected with COVID-19.
Springboro High School principal Kyle Martin expressed pride in Allie’s service to the community.
“This is what giving back is all about, and I know Allie’s work is truly making a difference.”
