Trick-or-Treat Forecast: When you need to plan for rain

Halloween is this weekend, and depending on when your neighborhood is planning Beggars Night, you might want to check the forecast first.

SATURDAY: If you’re planning to head out Saturday evening, be sure to bring the umbrella with you. Some light showers will still be lingering about, but the rain should begin to taper. Temperatures will be falling through the 50s, too, so bundle up before heading out.
