MIAMI VALLEY — UPDATE @ 11:40 a.m.
Around 1,100 power outages remain across the region after Sunday’s severe weather.

As of 11:40 a.m., 1,025 total AES Ohio customers reported their power was out, according to the company’s online outage map. The large majority of the outages are in Fayette County.
At the height of the outages during Sunday’s storms around 6,000 people across the region were without power, an AES Ohio spokesperson said in a social media post.

The outages have been reported in the following Miami Valley counties:
AES Ohio:
- Clinton County: 114
- Greene County: 100
- Montgomery County: 100
- Logan County: 83
- Warren County: 54
Ohio Edison
- No significant outages reported.
Duke Energy
- Butler County: 263
- Warren County: 383
