DAYTON — The suspect in a 2023 murder in Orlando, Florida was arrested in the Miami Valley Monday.

On July 8, 2023, Orlando officers found Terrance Dolan, 57, inside a vehicle with injuries that “were not consistent with a motor vehicle accident.”
Dolan later died at the hospital.

Herlin Petion, 25, was arrested by Marshals in Dayton on Feb. 3 in the 2400 block of Hancock Ave, according to a US Marshals spokesperson.
Petion is facing charges of second-degree murder and is currently booked in the Montgomery County Jail, according to online jail records.
