HIGHLAND COUNTY — Another snow plow has been hit this winter, this time in a head-on crash.

On Thursday, Jan. 16 an Ohio Department of Transportation Southern Ohio District 9 snow plow was struck head-on in Highland County.

So far, 31 snow plows have been hit this winter, according to ODOT. Last winter, 22 snow plows were hit.
“Remember, these workers are out there clearing the roads to keep you safe. Slow down, stay alert, and give them room to work,” ODOT said in a Facebook post.
