Risk for severe storms with damaging winds Wednesday

DAYTON — The Miami Valley could see a line of storms that could become severe Wednesday.

Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Austin Chaney has been tracking this system. He will have the latest timing LIVE on News Center 7 at 5:00.

A chance for hit-and-miss storms comes in during the afternoon, but the exact placement depends on where exactly the front is, Chaney said.

An isolated storm may be strong to severe with damaging winds being the main severe weather concern.
