DAYTON — Two people were hurt in a crash in Dayton on Friday morning.

The crash was reported on Mia Avenue, between W. Third Street and Hammond Avenue, just before 11 a.m., according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.

A dispatch supervisor described the crash as a hit-and-run.
In an update Friday afternoon, a spokesperson from Dayton Police said the crash happened when one vehicle ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle.
An adult driver of the vehicle that was hit was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A juvenile from the vehicle that ran the stop sign was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
