PALM BEACH, Florida — Over 4,100 gallons of milk were spilled across a Florida interstate after a milk truck was involved in a crash Wednesday.

Just after midnight on Wednesday, Jan. 29, a Borden Semi Truck was involved in a crash on Interstate 95, according to a Facebook post from the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

11 people were evaluated on scene, but none of them were injured, according to the post.
The fire department determined that 4,160 gallons of milk were spilled across the northbound lanes of I-95.
It took nearly 3 hours to clean up, according to the post.
“A milk-truck had an “udderly” unfortunate crash on I-95 last night just after midnight,” the post read.
