OHIO — Two Ohio zip codes are designated as top 10 hidden gems across the U.S. according to Opendoor.
Opendoor describes these neighborhoods as fast-developing but overlooked. The neighborhoods offer different price points with something for everyone, according to Opendoor and are considered more turnkey in smaller communities.

Two Ohio zip codes made the list at numbers seven and ten. The first Ohio zip code includes New Albany’s 43054. New Albany is in Franklin County, northeast of Columbus. The city has a population around 11,350 according to its website with a median household income of $200,001. Business Insider also named New Albany America’s #1 suburb back in 2015.
Wickliffe’s 44092 also made the list. Wickliffe has a population around 12,600 according to the Census Bureau. The area is in Lake County northeast of Cleveland.
