DAYTON — A brand new hotel is open in downtown Dayton.

Hotel Ardent at First and Main streets opened its doors on Feb. 5

The 10-story, 118-room hotel is one of three in the downtown area.
The average night stay will cost around $200, according to the hotel’s website.
