RICHMOND, Indiana — A 40-year-old man was arrested on multiple child pornography and voyeurism charges on Thursday, according to a spokesperson from the Richmond Police Department.

Frank Moore-Clingenpeel, 40, is facing six counts of possession of child pornography and one count of public voyeurism.

The police department said Moore-Clinenpeel’s arrest comes after a six-month investigation by the Richmond Police Department’s Investigative Services Unit.
“Our department is committed to keeping our community and children safe from those who seek to exploit them. Detective Legear and the Investigative Services Unit worked tirelessly on this case, and their dedication has made our community safer,” Police Chief Kyle Weatherly said.
Moore-Clinenpeel is being held at the Wayne County Jail. At last check, he remains booked in jail.
