Synergy Building Systems, located in Beavercreek, partnered with Wright-Patterson Air Force Base to develop an additional 43.5 acres for a new research center.
The new development will be called the Convergence Research Center.
“What we’re building will be space for laboratory environments, research and development,” Synergy’s CEO Jerad Barnett said. “Synergy is coming to build this, to allow people and businesses, industry and the Air Force, academia all to come together, so they’re going to have collaborative workspaces.”
