Quiksilver, Billabong, and Volcom are permanently closing all their stores.

The closures come weeks after their operator, Liberated Brands, filed for bankruptcy, blaming fast fashion and other economic factors, CNN reported.

The brands have more than 100 locations across the United States.
While more than 120 retail locations are closing, the brands will continue to exist and produce clothing, according to Fortune.
The licenses for all three have been transferred to another company, which will continue to make the clothes.
Fortune reported roughly 1,400 employees will be laid off due to the closures.
