BELLBROOK — Investigators raided a Green County smoke shop Thursday.

As previously reported on News Center 7, law enforcement spent hours at VIP Smoke Shop in Bellbrook, going into the shop and coming out with bags and boxes.

Multiple law enforcement sources with direct knowledge of the investigation told News Center 7 this is connected to a 2023 investigation at the shop for potential illegal drug products.
Multiple officers on scene were a part of the Greene County ACE Task Force.
The owner of the store said they would not comment on the raid.
A customer stopped by the store during the raid, and he said he was not surprised.
“Last time I was there, it reeked of marijuana in the back room,” Josh Trigaux, customer of VIP Smoke Shop said. “Seemed like, you know, they were up to some stuff. It’s kind of a shame, but thankfully there’s another vape place right around the corner.”
News Center 7 has reached out to the Greene County ACE Task Force, but they have not responded yet.
