FRANKLIN COUNTY — A gas station employee was critically injured in a stabbing in central Ohio on Tuesday morning.

The stabbing was reported at a Speedway in Bexley, which is near Columbus.

Police told our news partners at WBNS that the employee was involved in a confrontation with the suspect at a gas station pump when the suspect reportedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the employee.
The suspect left the scene in a silver Ford pickup truck that had two other people inside it.
The employee was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Detectives told WBNS that their injuries were not life-threatening.
The suspect vehicle was later pulled over in Reynoldsburg. One person was arrested and two others were detained, WBNS reported.
