GREENE COUNTY — Firefighters extinguished a garage fire in Greene County Saturday morning, according to Xenia Township Fire Department Deputy Chief Tony Ablertini.

The fire occurred in the 1100 block of Hook Road in Xenia Township around 10 a.m.

No one was home when the fire started, according to Albertini.
News Center 7 crews on scene saw several fire departments and apparent damage to the detached garage.
No injuries were reported, Albertini said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
