CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio — A former Ohio police officer was arrested after he allegedly filmed a teenager in a bathroom, according to our news partners WCPO-9 TV.

The Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office charged Eric Gregory, 45, of Milford, with one count of voyeurism and one count of tampering with evidence.

Miami Township police officer arrested Gregory after investigating a complaint of voyeurism involving a juvenile at home in the 5800 block of Elm Street on Monday, Jan. 20.
WXIX-19 and WLWT-5 report that a hidden camera was found inside Gregory’s home bathroom.
Court records obtained by both stations indicate that Gregory cut up the SD card and flushed it down the toilet after being confronted about the camera.
Gregory was a police officer with the Harrison Police Department, according to a spokesperson from the Miami Township Police Department.
The Harrison Police Department placed Gregory on paid administrative leave but said he resigned on Friday, according to WCPO-9.
Gregory is booked into the Clermont County Jail and has a $250,000 bond.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, Jan. 30.
