GEAUGA COUNTY — An Ohio man who’s accused of driving drunk and crashing into an ambulance, killing the patient and injuring two paramedics, has pleaded to charges.

Jason Slepsky pleaded no contest to aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of aggravated vehicular assault, according to Geauga County Common Pleas Court documents. He’ll be sentenced at a later date.

The charges were connected to a crash that happened in September 2023, according to WOIO in Cleveland.
Slepsky crashed his Jeep into an ambulance. The impact caused the ambulance to roll several times.
The patient in the back of the ambulance died at the scene, WOIO reported.
Two paramedics were injured, one of which suffered serious injuries and had to undergo several surgeries.
