BROWN COUNTY — State troopers have identified the driver killed in a school bus crash Sunday night.

As News Center 7 previously reported, Ohio State Highway Patrol was called to the crash around 7:40 p.m. at State Route 32 and Stieman Road in Brown County, according to a media release.

State troopers found that a Mazda drove off the left side of the roadway, crossed through a median, and hit a Western Brown Local School District bus head-on.
The Mazda driver, identified as 47-year-old Shawn Wisby of Georgetown, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Wisby was not wearing a seatbelt, state troopers said.
Two students from the bus were taken to an area hospital for evaluation.
The crash remains under investigation.
