More than 10,000 pounds of raw pork sausage and bologna are being pulled from store shelves and restaurant kitchens.

The US Department of Agriculture issued two separate recall notices.
The first involved nearly 7,500 pounds of raw pork sausage products from Baltimore-based “Impero Foods and Meats.”

The USDA said the meat was produced without federal inspection.
The second recall affects more than 3,100 pounds of ready-to-eat pork and bologna products from “Ralph’s Packaging Company.”
Authorities said the items were not labeled correctly and may contain milk.
