AKRON — The victim of a car break-in wrestled the suspect to the ground Friday, according to CBS news affiliate WOIO.

The victim told police he saw a teenager break into his car and take his rifle from the back seat, according to WOIO.

The victim ran out of his workplace, tackled the suspect, and took back his gun, WOIO says.
The man kept the teen restrained until police arrived, according to WOIO.
Police say the suspect is a 17-year-old boy, who has been taken to a juvenile detention facility, WOIO says.
The suspect is facing charges of felony theft, resisting arrest, and assault on a police officer, according to WOIO.
