CINCINNATI — Two Cincinnati Bengals players were among the winners at the 2025 NFL Honors Thursday night.

Quarterback Joe Burrow became the first player in team history to win the Associated Press (AP) NFL Comeback Player of the Year for the second time with the same team.
Wide receiver Ja’Marr Case won the FedEX Air and Ground Player of the Year.

Burrow came from 2023 wrist surgery to lead the NFL with 43 touchdown passes and 4,918 passing yards.
He was named Comeback Player of the Year back in 2021.
Chase was among six finalists for the FedEX Air and Ground Player of the Year. He and Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen received the most fan votes among the six finalists.
The other finalists were Burrow, Baltimore QB Lamar Jackson, Philadelphia RB Saquon Barkley, and Detroit RB Jahmyr Gibbs.
Chase became the first player to win the annual award. He led the NFL with 127 catches for 1,708 yards and 17 touchdowns.
The catches and yards set a new franchise record, and the 17 touchdowns matched Carl Pickens’ total from 1995.
Cincinnati went 9-8 and missed the playoffs for the second straight season.
