PREBLE COUNTY — The Preble County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to help find a man who is facing rape charges.

John Williams was charged with rape involving a child under the age of 13, sexual battery, and gross sexual imposition on Monday, according to Eaton Municipal Court documents.
