DAYTON — Some University of Dayton students were arrested for underage drinking.

Almost a dozen UD students for underage drinking at some area restaurants, according to the Ohio Department of Public Safety.

Two students were drinking at Rusty Taco, four at Milano’s, and five at Flannagan’s Pub.
Agents gave Flannagan’s a violation for serving an underage student alcohol with no ID being checked, the spokesperson said.
They also arrested the bartender who sold the drinks.
Each arrest has been presented to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office for the consideration of charges.
