Three Grandview Heights Schools also reported that vehicles were broken into on Thursday. WBNS obtained a letter sent to parents and staff. It said several parking lots were targeted in smash-and-grab thefts.
The district said about 20 cars got vandalized between 9:50 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. They claim the thieves pulled up, smashed the vehicles, and took items before driving away, WBNS reports.
Each police department continues to investigate each case.
