WEST CHESTER — Five people, including three firefighters, were hurt after a crash involving a box truck and fire engine.

West Chester Police responded around 6:15 a.m. to Union Centre Boulevard and Beckett Road on initial reports of a crash, according to our news partner WCPO in Cincinnati.

Video and photos from the scene show a box truck on its side. A fire engine sustained front-end damage.
Medics transported five people in total to an area hospital, WCPO said.
This included three firefighters as a precaution while two occupants of the box truck suffered non-life-threatening injuries, WCPO reported.
The crash remains under investigation.
