“I just think that it’s become a little bit tighter knit, a little bit more friendly,” said Tom Tuck off Dayton.

He says it was a really good thing when they started blocking off the Oregon District on the weekends.

“You just can tell the kind of atmosphere with the signs up and every thing that say, ‘Thank you, Dayton Police,’ and whatnot,” Tuck said. “It’s definitely gotten a little bit more friendlier for sure.”
