1290 and 95.7 WHIO adds Bill O’Reilly, expands Clark Howard

Starting Monday, June 10, 1290 and 95.7 WHIO radio is making changes to its programming lineup.

“The O’Reilly Update” with Bill O’Reilly will air from 6:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays. O’Reilly is known as a former host on Fox News Channel and other television networks, and as an author of several books.

O'Reilly spoke with Miami Valley Morning News host Larry Hansgen Thursday morning. Listen below:

“We are very excited be adding Bill O’Reilly to our line-up on WHIO Radio, and we are also happy to be able to expand Clark Howard’s show to 2 ½ hours,” says WHIO Radio Program Director Jeremy Ratliff. “We are also thrilled to be able to expand our local 6 p.m. newscast.”

The station will add 15 minutes of more local news, from 6 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

“The Dana Show” will move back an hour, from 9 p.m. to midnight weekdays, and “The Chad Benson Show” will move to midnight.
