Brittany Otto
I am so excited to be the News Director for WHIO radio. I was born and raised right here in the Miami Valley. I got my start with WHIO during a career mentorship class I took during my senior year at Tippecanoe High School. I maintained my ties to the radio station while attending Ohio University and eventually made my way back to Dayton and WHIO, spending several years as a co-anchor on the Miami Valley’s Morning News.
I stepped away from radio for several years, marrying an amazing man and raising two beautiful babies. Now that my children are both in school, I am happy to be back in the newsroom and back on the radio!
When I am not at work you will most likely find me spending time with my family. My roots are here in the Miami Valley and I love sharing all that the area has to offer with my husband and our kids. We love attending the local fairs, festivals, parks and museums. We also really enjoy camping. When we are home, we have our hands full caring for our three dogs and three goats.
