A chocolate shop in Atlantic City, New Jersey, created 3,000 special holiday edition Taylor Swift chocolate bars, WPVI-TV reported. On Christmas morning, one of those bars will have a winning six-digit number inside the wrapper -- good for two tickets to Swift’s show in Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field on May 13, 2023, according to the television station.

It’s a promotion that would have made Willie Wonka proud.

Bar 32 Chocolate & Cocktails created the special chocolate bar and is selling it for $10, WPVI reported.

Thousands of fans had their dreams of attending one of Swift’s “Eras Tour” shattered when Ticketmaster’s presale crashed, forcing the regular sale to be canceled.

Swift has called the controversy “excruciating” to watch.

Bar 32 will announce the winning combination on Instagram Live, according to Philly Voice.

The company’s owners, Lee Sanchez and Mark Callazzo, said their inspiration for the Swift ticket promotion came from the 1971 movie, “Willie Wonka & the Chocolate Factory,” the 1971 film that starred Gene Wilder and Jack Albertson.

“Both of us grew up with the movie,” Sanchez told PhillyVoice. “So we’ve always talked about it, we just never really had a good enough idea of what to do it with.

“(But) this truly is the golden ticket. Nobody can get their hands on this thing. Everybody wants it.”

The Taylor Swift holiday bar is made of dark chocolate and crushed peppermint, WPVI reported.

Each wrapper is also encrypted and secure.

“Every bar has a secret number inside of the wrapper,” Sanchez told the television station. “That wrapper is tracked and tied directly to the order that someone made. That ticket is tied directly to the person who bought it.”

Sanchez admitted that he and Callazzo did not buy the Swift tickets during the presale, Philly Voice reported. They bought them through a third party.

Whoever wins the Bar 32 promotion will have until April 1, 2023, to present the wrapper and a photo ID to the store.

Sanchez said that nearly 1,000 bars have already been sold and he expects to sell out by the end of the week. Early Thursday, the Bar 32 website stated that the bars were “out of stock.”

Customers have been limited to purchasing 25 bars at a time, Philly Voice reported.

“We had a customer come into the store to tell us she had bought 20 bars for all (her) grandchildren,” Sanchez told the website. “And she said, ‘I just can’t wait until Christmas.’”
