OVERNIGHT: Scattered showers overnight with temperatures in the 50s soon after midnight, mid 40s by sunrise.

Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Robert Gauthreaux says it will be breezy at times with winds gusting at 25-30 m.p.h.

FRIDAY: St. Patrick’s Day starts with rain showers, it will be breezy through the day..

Activity will taper off after midday. Highs around 50 soon after midnight, and dropping the 40s by the afternoon. Some flurries possible by the evening.

SATURDAY: A cold start with some flurries or even light snow showers. Little to no accumulation expected. Highs only reach the middle 30s. Mostly cloudy with some flurries and breezy conditions.

SUNDAY: A cold end to the weekend. Highs in the upper 30s. Dry with partly sunny.

MONDAY: A sunny and dry day. Highs in the middle 40s.

TUESDAY: A warmer day. Highs in the low 50s. Sunshine and a few clouds.

WEDNESDAY: A beautiful day! Near 60 with sunshine.
